In addition to that, I am still very excited about my fitness level. I am working very hard to improve my strength, endurance, and flexibility. My workouts and runs are continuing to get better, and I know that starting the year with a strong fitness base will serve me well when I start to get busy with tournaments and travel.
Everything is good! I will be in the midwest for another week, and the weather looks like it will be conducive to more good work. Keep it right here for more practice reports!
